The Company
Uncut is a creative tech company helping big brands say goodbye to outdated production methods. With a custom-built AI ecosystem, they’re making content creation simpler, smarter, and more affordable. During our internship, we had the opportunity to explore that ecosystem hands-on by developing a full AI-powered fashion campaign from scratch.
Background
Today’s creative tools are evolving fast, but many still only scratch the surface of what AI can do. Rather than simply generate images, we wanted to understand the full pipeline, training identity models, garment models, and using inpainting, prompting, and retouching to direct and polish each shot. It was a hands-on exploration of how AI can replicate the complexity and craft of a full-scale production.
Solution
By using a combination of tools we built a workflow that mimics a real campaign, combining both trained talent models and selected garments. The result? A set of photos that were never taken, only imagined, built, and refined using AI. A creative framework for a future where production is digital, but the vision is personal.
