PL4GU3RUNN3R – Phully automated phonk

The Company

Phully Automated Phonk is a modular content system built to generate cinematic shortform loops centered around PL4GU3RUNN3R — a masked, mythic anti-hero born from the fusion of phonk music, anime visuals, and underground internet culture. Designed for platforms like TikTok and Reels, the Engine creates high-impact, 5–10 second video clips that loop perfectly, feel iconic, and build a cohesive mythos over time. The project is in cooperation with Phonk music producer, Johannes Nord.

Background

The task was to develop a visual identity system that could sustain hundreds of videos without sacrificing style. We wanted to automate content creation without losing the raw, curated feel of high-end visual storytelling. Culturally, the project sits at the intersection of anime, street fashion, drift car culture, and glitchcore — drawing inspiration from Akira, GTA edits, and the rise of drift phonk in Gen Z subcultures. At the center of it all is PLAGU3RUNN3R — a silent, stylized outlaw who exists between worlds.

Solution

The Engine uses AI-based tools like ComfyUI, LoRA style stacks, and blueprint JSONs to automate visuals while maintaining cinematic quality. LoRAs inject specific textures, fashion, and lighting; and motion passes bring everything to life in seamless loops. The editing process is completely automated using java script JSX scripts to headlessly control After Effect to synchronize effects with music using a Python library called Librosa. The output is automated to send to a GPT bot which ingrains it with a custom caption trained on the personality of the brand and sends via a Telegram API to my phone to be posted.

Each drop feels like a moment stolen from a mythic music video: neon-soaked streets, smoking guns, latex femme figures, and glitchy shadows. This isn’t just content — it’s a new visual language for storytelling at the speed of culture.
